Land Securities and Places for People have formed a joint venture partnership to take forward development on the land north of Harlow.

Land Securities is the UK's largest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), with a significant track record and experience in large scale regeneration. Through good masterplanning, design and community engagement it creates places where people want to be. Recent completed projects include the multi-award winning Princesshay in Exeter's city centre and Cabot Circus, Bristol. Places for People is a leading property management and development company and is committed to providing sustainable communities. It has a strong track record of successful development from multi-million pound masterplanning projects to urban renewal and new build. Places for People builds homes for sale, rent and reduced/part ownership as well as commercial units, live/work apartments, homes with care and support and nurseries for pre-school children.
The partnership is one for the long term and will continue to have a role in the management of the area long after development is complete. It is a partnership built of contrasting, yet complementary businesses that is committed to providing for local needs now and in the future.
