Urban Design + Mediation is an independent organisation used to manage our community consultation process to date. Urban Design + Mediation is experienced in managing consultation engagement in large-scale planning, development and design projects across the UK.
During the autumn of 2009 five workshops were held where members of the public were able to listen to the joint venture partners, and ask questions of their expert master planning team on key issues surrounding development north of Harlow. Click the PDF to see the resources that were shown.

|We continue to receive feedback from local people that is incorporated into our emerging ideas for the proposed development.
We are acutely aware that any development proposals will be of concern to people living in the area, so we have decided to amend our programme of consultation events to ensure we can analyse all the feedback before sharing our initial ideas.
Our conversation with local people has only just begun. We would very much like it to continue. A plan of this importance relies on many things to make it work for everyone, and one of the most important is detailed knowledge.
Our latest newsletter details some of the key themes along which we intend to develop our thinking. These themes are in direct response to some of the concerns raised at community events.
